Returns Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your YouSlimFit activewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without tags will not be accepted for return.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@youslimfit.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive your return instructions — we will provide you with a return address and any additional instructions.
- Ship your return — Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them to the provided address. Please use a tracked shipping service.
- Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@youslimfit.uk. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@youslimfit.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
